FIND YOUR BALANCE.

A new system for balancing CVP and fluid congestion.

The VenoDynamics System is a smart pump and balloon catheter device that provides both hemodynamic monitoring AND therapeutic benefits for any patient requiring volume management in the hospital.

Elevated central venous pressure (CVP) is responsible for many of the adverse symptoms experienced by heart failure patients, post-LVAD and heart transplant patients, and any patient undergoing high-risk surgery.

The VenoDynamics system works with a simple large-vessel occlusion balloon inserted in the vena cava. Our closed-loop system measures pressures and adjusts balloon inflation to monitor, optimize, and maintain the desired CVP under physician guidance.

By mechanically reducing pressure around the renal veins, we can increase urine output to offload excess fluid volume and improve patient symptoms faster and more efficiently than current treatments.

PROVIDING PATIENT COMFORT AND SHORTENED HOSPITAL STAYS

By controlling the pressures filling the heart, the VenoDynamics device can optimize hemodynamics, reduce pulmonary congestion, improve patient symptoms, and improve diuresis. We expect the device to shorten the time patients spend in the hospital and reduce hospital readmissions.
