Jay has 14 years’ experience in new product development, the last 6 of which have been in medical devices. Jay has worked with over (20) medical device companies developing products and strategies for regulatory, manufacturing, IP, and marketing. Jay led dozens of product launches during his time at Shoals Technologies group, which had the largest solar IPO in US history ($1.9B) in 2021. Jay received his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from Auburn University.
